Heavenly Chocolate Mousse
A fruit rich twist on a creamy classic, infusing dates and avocados into a rich dark chocolate mousse, including our organic coconut oil for added flavour. This magnificent mousse is perfect for when company is over, or even for savouring delicately on a quiet night in.
- • 3 tablespoons of Organic Coconut Oil
- • 2 small ripe avocados
- • 8 dates
- • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- • 3 tablespoons maple syrup or substitute
- • A Pinch of Sea Salt
- • Dark chocolate shavings (Use good dark cooking chocolate, min: 75% cocoa solids)
- • Melt the Coconut Oil in a microwave.
• Blend the Avocado and dates in a food processor until smooth. Blend all the remaining
ingredients until well combined. Taste and add more maple syrup and/or cacao powder if
